FAQs

Where can I read reviews about your company & services?

To see a variety of reviews from dear clients, we invite you to check out the many that reside on theKnot.com and WeddingWire. Additionally, we frequently share recent clients’ reviews on our Instagram story, and you can find them saved on our highlights entitled “Kind Words”.

How much does a wedding typically cost?

Instead of a general overall cost to the entire wedding, we instead focus on the cost per head. This helps our clients put the total cost of the event into clearer perspective and allows them to shape their event based on how many people they anticipate to attend. Our clients typically spend roughly $400-1,500 per person for the event.

When should I book a wedding planner?

We suggest that a wedding planner be the first thing you book, and if not first, as soon as possible! The earlier we are working with you, the better we can help you when it comes to researching and booking the vendors—and venues—that would be the best fit for your day. It’s hard to work within a space that physically limits how many guests you want to invite, for example!
However, in an effort to best serve our clients, we book clients at a maximum of 18 months in advance of their date, and no less than three months prior to the event.

What should I look for in a wedding planner?

When looking for a wedding planner, we suggest that you look for someone with an abundance of experience who not only knows all of the ins and outs of the industry, but also is able to understand and bring your vision to life in a way that accurately reflects you and your personal preferences.

How many clients do you take on at a time?

With three in-office full time planners, our team takes on between 20 to 25 events annually; that makes for roughly 7 to 8 events per planner throughout a year. Though we have the capacity to take on a great quantity with our incredible team of assistants, we are passionate about keeping our focus on producing quality experiences for our clients.
